I am a soon to be Interactive Multimedia Graduate with a good overall knowledge of the web, it's history, the technologies that make the web interactive and where the web is going.

Moodle API
Brief: Develop a web interface that would allow transnational schools to collaborate, communicate and interact from Africa & the UK. Client: Developed as a private project in partnership with St. John Fisher Catholic High School their were also other interested parties from other satellite schools in the cluster, which included 3 other schools in the UK and 3 schools in Africa. Requirements: The cluster of schools require a web interface that will allow both the teachers and the students to collaborate on work, but also share resources. The interface would also be used to help the school, teachers and students communicate with each school in the cluster. Development: After researching into the functionality of CMS (Content Management Systems) and ILS (Interactive Learning Systems) it was decided to implement and develop Moodle. Moodle is open source and as such fixed the limited resource, but also provided the bulk of functionality needed. Being open source it meant that modules could be developed and added on.
